Natrip centers are involved in different aspects of vehicle Research and Development. The northern center iCAT-Manesar involves various R&D activities of Road Dynamics, Emission, alternate fuel, Engine, Vehicle speed regulation etc. The Accident Data Analysis Center of NCVRS- Rae Bareli is one of the significant and unique initiatives in India to collect accident data and analysis data in simulated environment for better understanding of road accident scenarios, which will help the police and other agencies for better understanding and avoidance of road accidents, and provide inputs for policy making in road safety. NATRAX will host world class infrastructure for Vehicle Dynamics and Tyre R&D. The southern center GARC Chennai will be the center of excellence for Passive Safety, EMC & Electronics R&D.
