Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) is the nodal agency for the Indian Auto Component Industry. Its active involvement in trade promotion, technology up-gradation, quality enhancement and collection and dissemination of information has made it a vital catalyst for the industry`s development. Auto component sector is considered to be next sunrise industry after IT and ACMA is actively engaged in developing key global linkages for Indian manufacturers. ACMA represents over 490 Automotive Component manufacturers whose production forms a majority of the total auto component output in the organized sector. ACMA has been closely involved in the formulation of NATRIP. ACMA is represented by the President in the Governing Council of NATIS.
