Government of India has set up an independent registered society, namely NATRiP Implementation Society(NATIS) as the apex body for implementation of NATRiP, to set up testing, validation and R&D infrastructure across seven locations in India. NATIS has been registered under societies Registration Act. 1860 on 27th of July. 2005 vide registration no. S-5335 of 2005.
